I made a mistake in the details on my Health Prevention Pass

If you notice an error on your Health Prevention Pass, log in to your PPS account to update the relevant information by going to the "Need help?" menu in the sidebar.


Select the option "I have made a mistake when entering my PPS details".


You will then be guided through the process of making the change yourself (possible only once) or via a correction request, which will be reviewed by the support team.
